We are a no frills gym that exists to give users an affordable place to train (not commercial). Users are required to look after the facility to ensure it survives for the benefit of all & must be 16+
The gym has a mix of free weights & machines. We also have a stepper, cross trainer, running m/c, rower, Punch bag, chin up bar to name a few.
Current memberships are £120 a year (join anytime) or £10 per month Standing Order for those not able to pay all in one go.
Entrance is via a key coded door to the gym Along with key code access to the business park. All lights etc to be switched off & doors locked on exit. Serviced Showers & Toilets available.
The gym has no instructor or covered by any insurance. You will be using a facility that every member is responsible for.
Members frequently do jobs themselves instead of us all paying more to train but this isn’t a requirement of joining.
