Lean Body Boot Camp
Lean Body Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program commencing for 8 weeks this summer. Locations will differ as the training intensifies, starting with sessions in Joymount Gardens, Castle Green and Marine Highway to Woodburn Football Pitches and Carrickfergus Woodburn Dams.
It is designed to target weight loss, increase strength and endurance, tone and define muscles and give you greater confidence in maintaining fitness.
Nutritional guidance and fitness knowledge are implemented into the program giving you a better understanding of how your body works and how to obtain the best results.
Each session will be 1 hour in duration with up to 8 classes available each week.
At £5 per session you will get only the best high intensity training which includes interval training, fit tests, circuits, competitions and mini assault course.
Paul Matthews founder of Lean Body Boot Camp served 7 years in the British Army, 4 years of which as a Personal Training Instructor, training his troops for operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He furthered his career into Private Security upon leaving the Army in 2009 and since spent 3 years as a Private Contractor in Afghanistan, Somalia, Kenya, Saudi Arabia protecting government official's and diplomatic clientèle.
