Nordic Walking East London Essex is a friendly community of Nordic Walkers of all ages and fitness levels who enjoy exercising outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Epping Forest with like minded people. We offer a variety of Nordic walking classes including free taster sessions, technique courses, fitness walks, wellness walks, adventure walks and short 'Nordic Walking' breaks.
