The Gym caters for all ages and abilities. We have a mixture of cardio vascular and resistance machines as well as a free weight area. Party Mania - Our Birthday Party packages are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for two hours, with a wide range of activities available. Sway Dance - We have a number of Sway Dance classes available including Street Dance, Cheerleading and Zumba Camp Adventure - We run a children's play scheme during the Summer Holidays where are a large variety of activities are available for children aged 5 years to 11 years.

We sell new and refurbished bikes/racers/mountain bikes/bmx etc. Scooters coming in soon. Drift trikes made to order. Old school bikes available too.

We offer free delivery to Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and surrounding areas. Small charge to the rest of Northamptonshire.
