In the center we have a large variety of fitness/weight machines in our friendly and encouraging gym environment, we have saunas and a hot tub plus very competitive pricing.
We are a social enterprise, this means we aim to help the community and we are not profit driven. we are planning to start an exciting range of new community activities and services in the centre over the coming year. watch this space.
if your just passing by why don't just pop in and relax in our warm and comfortable coffee shop, treat yourself to a tasty hot drink and chill in our friendly relaxing environment.
Alternatively, you may be interested in attending or teaching classes here in our new studio space- excercize classes for adults start in February and after-school activities will follow.
