Milngavie and Bearsden Sports club is the sporting base for several clubs offering hockey, tennis, archery and shinty. The club has a rich history with hockey club starting in 1898 and the tennis section celebrating its centenary year this year. It is a family orientated club which offers a high level of coaching in all sports and enjoys a vibrant social scene. Primarily a sporting venue, the club also has a fully licensed members bar, with free wifi, along with a fully licensed function hall that is available to hire.
