Were a gym based in southbridge street in Airdrie. We strive for all of our members to get the results they crave for, whether it be, weight loss, fat loss,muscle building, sports specific or general fitness. We have 2 floors over a large 10000 square feet area. Our gym is fully equipped with a 25 piece cardiovascular equipment area and 25 resistance machines. We also have a boxing ring, anMixed martial area, 2 free weights areas a womans only zone and a sports performance area that includes a sprint track. All members are given all the tools they need to get the results they want, and the membership ibncludes a free 1 to 1 personal fitness plan value £30, a free nutrition consultation value £30 and a free biosignature modulation assessment value £200.
