With a choice of either a 2bed, 6berth or a 3bed, 8berth, both are 35 x12. Both caravans are located fairly close together so are ideal for the larger families/group bookings. Both are well maintained, clean & very well equipped. They are baby friendly with highchair, travel cot & bed guard available for you to use. Also provided are child cutlery & plastic crockery & beakers. A true home from home. Located on this fantastic 5* rated site, with everything you could want including a pool with slide, Jacuzzi and children's pool, arcades, café, shop, Chinese & chip shops, laundrette, bars & outstanding nightly entertainment, includes 9 panto's a week, UV & character shows, plus much more & throughout the entire season!!! All passes for these are included in the prices. The site also provides a free "Road Train" which drops you of near to Fantasy Island/Market if you don't feel like doing the 10min walk. The beach is just across the road at the front of the site, about 5-10 min walk from the caravans. The site also has 24hour CCTV & onsite security 24hours a day, for peace on mind. All quilts & pillows are provided, you just need to bring your bed sheets, quilt covers, (bearing in mind the bed in the 2bed is a kingsize!), towels & tea towels, and of course yourselves!! BOOKING CONDITIONS. A £75 non-refundable deposit paid within 10days of your booking, will secure your dates. The full cost is payable no later than 6weeks before the start of your holiday. Once the full cost of your holiday has been paid, the deposit then becomes your refundable damages/cleaning bond. This is returned within 10days following your holiday, once the caravan has been checked over for any damage, and to make sure it has been left clean & tidy, as you found it, and so ready for our next guest arrival. With every provisional booking you will receive a letter, a booking form & a copy of our Terms & Conditions, which you are agreeing to when you return your completed booking form. Payments can be made either by cheque, internet banking or direct bank transfer, details of which are included on your provisional booking letter. We also accept payment instalments made at your own pace, as long as the full cost of your holiday is paid no later than 6weeks before your holiday dates. RESTRICTIONS/SITE RULES. NO SMOKING in the caravan at anytime. NO pets. NO hen or stag parties groups. NO same sex groups. Any evidence of pets or smoking inside the caravan will result in the loss of your damages/cleaning bond. PLACES TO VISIT. There are many places within the area for you to visit. The famous Fantasy Island/Market are within a 10min walk from the caravans. Wristbands for the rides can be obtained using Tesco vouchers. Close to Butlins are several bars/restaurants as well as quads on the beach which you can hire out. And of course you can get day tickets for Butlins for their facilities and their new pool which opened early this year. There are many places close by for the fisherman, a list of which can be found in the caravans. The Water Leisure park has many rides/things for the entire family to do. Hardys Animal Farm is also close by. Skegness is only 4miles away, and has a funfair, new this year is the go-cart track. There is a boating lake, swimming pool with outside pool in the summer months, a paddling pool area which is free of charge close to the boating lake, again only open in the summer months. A huge range of shops and of course a lovely beach with donkeys!! And a vast amount of eating places & pubs/bars. Skegness as well as Mablethorpe have seal sanctuary's. Later in the year you can go and see the seals giving birth/with their new borns at Donna's Nook. Well worth a visit. Of course there are many walks, along the beach front. There are many historical sites worth visiting, windmills, old villages like Louth with their old buildings. And of course the Lincolnshire Wolds are a short drive away as is the Humber bridge, the seaside resort of Grimbsy & Cleethorpes which has its own Theme Park.
