Fakenham 50
Fakenham 50 is a social, leisure cycle ride starting from the picturesque North Norfolk market town of Fakenham through some of the best cycling routes in the country. It is a local ride that will end an exciting week of activities in and around the town.
We are working with Active Fakenham to offer a wide range of wellbeing opportunities for people in Fakenham and the surrounding villages.
How long are the routes?
Choose from three great routes of different approximate lengths:
• 50 km (32 miles)
• 20 km (12.5 miles)
• Have one on us. For the more serious riders, have a free one on us and do 100k by repeating the circuit (or if you want to get complicated there’s a 70k ride there too)
What else is going on?
What’s more, you can relax after a hard day’s pedaling with an after-ride party at Fakenham Community Centre and gardens. Available to everyone all day, it will feature locally sourced stalls, massage, activities, food, drink and music from local band Calamity. And yes, the bar will be open.
How much is it to enter?
• 20k: from £7 per solo rider
• 50k: from £10 per solo rider or from £8.75 per member of each team of four
