Holiday Inn & Entropy Competition Terms & Conditions
You are entering a Visit Leicester prize draw to win both prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or competition.
You must be aged 18 or over to be included within the prize draw. People under the age of 18 will not be valid for the prize draw. You may be asked to prove your age with valid identification when you use your prizes at the actual venues.
Prizes offered by external promoters/partners are governed by their terms and conditions.
Draw to take place on Monday 12th November 2012. Winner will be notified via a Facebook message.
Every person who has ‘liked’ the Visit Leicester Facebook page will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be drawn at random with an independent witness present. The first person’s name drawn will be the winner of the prize.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. Spending money / expenses incurred are not included within the prize.
It is your responsibility to book your prize. Visit Leicester / City Centre Management Team LE One (Leicester) will not be able to offer alternatives, re-bookings, cash alternatives.
Unclaimed prizes – if we cannot contact the winner, if the winner doesn’t want the prize or they don’t come forward by 16th November 2012, we have the right to re-run the prize draw.
Visit Leicester / City Centre Management Team LE One (Leicester) will not offer cash or goods to the value of the advertised prize in the event of cancellation or failure of the promoter/partner meeting their obligation.
Prize can be picked up from Leicester City Council or posted out via Royal Mail. In the case of prizes be sent out by post, Visit Leicester / City Centre Management Team LE One (Leicester) cannot be held responsible for non-delivery and will not be able to offer alternatives, re-bookings, cash alternatives.
The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.
Entropy voucher consists of a free three course meal for two people with a complimentary bottle of wine. Booking is subject to availability, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Holiday Inn prize consists of one night’s accommodation in an executive room and breakfast in the Vermont Restaurant for two people to be taken at a weekend i.e. Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Prize can only be redeemed at Holiday Inn Leicester, England. Booking needs to be made direct with the hotel. Prize valid until the end of March, 2013, excluding December 2012, Bank Holidays and special events. Prize subject to availability, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
