Rock and Road Alva Duathlon - Wednesday 22nd May

The race is a mid week off-road duathlon set in the foothills of the stunning Ochils. It begins with a 4.5km run, then an 11.5km mountain bike and finishing with a 4.5km run. It will be held on Wed 22nd May. 7pm kick off.
