Catholic Order of the Templars - UK

Catholic Order of the Templars - UK

The iCon, Daventry ,
We proudly proclaim the Good News of Our Lord, seeking to reunite all fellow Christians who have faith in their hearts, so that new generations of Knights and Dames of Christ will feel proud to wear the white mantle with the red cross, as our ancestors used, with the blessing of the Catholic Church and His Holiness, Pope Francis, so we can say all proudly, "I am Templar". The OCT is an association that aims to continue Templar principles in the century in which we live and basically lost today - principles based on Christian values in the family, education and society, which are a cornerstone in the development of men and women. This is why we have a strong focus on social work and actions to help the needy. OCT members volunteer in various fields, in charity shops, soup kitchens, prisons, Civil Protection, etc.. We are also implementing training courses on the knowledge of the Temple in the Middle Ages, with other courses of social, religious, cultural and historical interest. One of the main objectives of the OCT and very necessary for the future of the Temple, is the unification of all Christian Templar factions existing in the world, under the umbrella of the Catholic Church and His Holiness the Pope, Francis I. The OCT is not a sect or esoteric organization, we are humble men and women who feel the Temple within us and we want to say. Templars were never a gnostic or esoteric sect, and never engaged in 'secret rituals' or possessed 'secret knowledge'. We wish to return to society working and contributing our effort and our willingness to surrender in service to others. That's the only mission of the Knights of Christ, to help without looking ... The OCT does not belong to any lodge, sect or closed society, or initiatory cult, nor is it a society of friends who get together for dinner. It is an integral part of all the Knights Templar in the world (and that advocates the unification of all branches under a single Templar Temple, under one Creed, under one flag and one Master). We are legitimate and duly registered with the national and international authorities. Importantly, the members of the Order today - in the UK, Spain, Chile, U.S.A., Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, - and our predecessors are and were full members of the Holy Catholic Church and operate in absolute obedience to His Holiness the Pope.
