TERMS & CONDITIONS * All items remain the property of Diamond Designs . * Once the items to be hired have been set-up/delivered, they remain the sole responsibility of the hirer until the return of the goods to Diamond Designs. *Damage and/or loss of the goods will be charged at their full replacement value. See below: - Chair Covers £10.00 - Sashes £5.00 - Glass wear from £10.00, Martini Vases £30.00 - Table Cloths £15.00 - Candy Cart £300.00 - Bay Trees £35.00 * Damage is classed as rips, tears, non-removable stains such as candle wax, drawing, foot prints, burns of any kind including cigarette burns. Then missing items, not accounted for upon collection of items. We understand that food and drink may be spilt and we account for this in the price you pay for hire, so unless a chair cover has been noticeably used to clear up a spillage or other similar circumstance, you will not be billed for general spillages. Chair covers are not hired with the intended use of drawing on, standing on, as props or to clear mess. It is your responsibility to liaise with the venue for missing items, until they are returned you will be billed for them. * Diamond Designs shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the hirer, other 3rd parties or property whilst the hired goods are being used . This also accounts for injury. * Final numbers are to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to event. * A deposit is required to hold your date and secure your booking, this is non-refundable. * Payments - All bookings require a deposit which becomes non-refundable after 14 days of deposit being received. - 14 day cancellation period, starting date of deposit received, if for any reason you choose to cancel, you will have 14 days from said date to inform us in writing, we will then endeavour to return your deposit to you within 28 days. Written confirmation will not be excepted after this date. No Refunds after this date. - Outstanding balances are due 4 weeks prior to date of event, should this not be paid after a reminder issued, this will be deemed as a cancellation and full amount will become due. - Full invoiced amount is payable if hirer cancels within 4 weeks prior to date of event. - Refunds are not issued after full payment is made.
