Creative Mindfulness
Workshops, courses and retreats designed to facilitate self-discovery and expression through a variety of expressive exercises woven together with mindfulness techniques. I offer a relaxing, fun, reflective, inspiring, and transformational space for you to explore and discover your innate capacity for joy and wellbeing. This work is open to all levels of experience and need. Please note we are ALL creative beings and these courses are NOT about ‘artistic’ skill!
Drawing from my personal experience of the therapeutic qualities of self expression & mindfulness (30 years in the Creative Sector , 20 years of Buddhist meditation practice, and my own recovery from critical illness) I have been developing and facilitating meditation and mindfulness courses, and retreats since 2006.
