Jessica Lauren Cakes is run by cake designer Jessica Lauren Edwards from her home based studio in Berkhamsted, Herts. Jessica was trained in all things delicious at Le Cordon Bleu London where she achieved a Grand Diploma in Patisserie and Cuisine. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu, Jessica went on to complete a three month internship learning from Mich Turner MBE at Little Venice Cake Company in London.
