The team hopes to transcend racial and economic barriers and create opportunities in sport for those who would not normally have access to it. St Mungo AFC were established in 1953 and their home ground is Loretto Playing Fields in Bishopbriggs, G64 2PZ. They currently play in the Premier Division of The Caledonian League which is a Saturday afternoon Amateur League.
