The event is run annually from Barton Equestrian Centre in Bilsborrow, near Preston. The show is open to all comers although members of affiliated Riding Clubs are given a discount on entries received before the published closing date. Points are awarded to the highest placed Riding club member in each class whihc accrue to the Riding Club Championship awarded at the Evening Performance on the show day.
