I have experience of felling large leylandii (50ft), gardening work, hedgelaying (including thinning) and coppicing. I am especially looking for work in the private woodland management having noticed that many woodlands purchased with properties are becoming unmanaged and with a little TLC can be restored and become an asset to their owner providing employment, fuel and recreational opportunities. Additionally, for those interested in conservation a well managed woodland will better provide homes for wild animals, birds and flora which would otherwise be unable to thrive. The secret to getting this comes from creating a good relationship and trust with my subjects. My friendly nature seems to put people at ease in front of the camera and allows them to be truly themselves. From the grumpy old man to the cheeky two year old, when you look back at your images you say, “oh that’s just what they are like”. I adore clean fresh images that are timeless and not just show the beauty on the outside but on the inside too. Influences come from fashion and culture while my stylized portraits have an editorial feel to them.
