1 Hour Sessions run twice weekly. These sessions are the perfect addition to your weekly fitness schedule. The main focus of the class is to teach correct lifting technique for all Olympic lifting, Power lifting and Strongman movements. Classes will usually consist of 20-25 mins lifting session followed by some strength assistance work and a short (but intense) WOD.
