For Life Fitness

For Life Fitness

Llandow, Cowbridge ,
FOR LADIES - Ladies only studio offering the increasingly popular 30 minutes workout programme combined with the benefits of a further co-ordination and toning zone. Many ladies feel conscious and intimidated by conventional gym environments and most have never exercised in their adult life. Making them feel comfortable to enjoy exercise is a huge importance to us. We all have difficulty fitting things into our daily routine but we aim to empower ladies with the knowledge that health and fitness should not only be a leisure choice but a lifestyle change. Mums have a huge impact on their children’s future and we will help to emboss a fit for life spirit into their everyday lives to pass on. FOR MEN - For Life Fitness intends to expand the 30 minute workout programme to a men only section. Men of a certain age tend to drop off the exercise radar; again feeling intimidated in a gym setting. Busy work lives can also constrict the time we have and men are neglecting the need for a healthier lifestyle. It is vitally important that men’s health and fitness becomes more user friendly with a facility that the family man is more at ease with. More and more men share the childcare and activity run for the children, yet how many will sit in the car with the paper whilst waiting around? FOR CHILDREN - As the words of famous song say “children are our future”. So to encourage our children to be as active and fit for life, we will be providing a fun, sociable and very exciting environment. We intend to co-ordinate activities to fit in perfectly with a school/work life. Parents are often the taxi with no purpose for themselves and there we have a perfectly captured audience. We will also focus on the younger child, starting them young and keeping them strong. Health challenge Wales are keen to promote 5x60 a policy to encourage children to exercise for 60 minutes 5 times a week and Change for Life promotes families to ‘eat well, move more and live longer’.
