A little bit about Natalie:
Natalie completed her 200 hour training in Cape Town with world renowned teacher Ana Forrest.
Forrest Yoga was developed by Ana over 35 years ago and is an intensely physical yet healing practice for the modern world.
In Forrest Yoga, the poses are held for much longer to enable students to learn to connect with feeling in their body. Special attention is paid to abdominal work and breathing, and students will learn how to calm both their minds and bodies achieving peace in their daily life, both on and off the mat. Forrest Yoga is for everybody, a great practice for beginners and also those working with injuries or illnesses.
