Fitness Warrior is based at Ferryhill Community Hub and varies classes from class to class over ten week blocks changing the workouts constantly to eliminate the plateau effect meaning you continue to lose those lbs, gain strength, definition, confidence, peak fitness and more.
Classes are fun and friendly with music to help push you through the struggles.
Examples of classes vary such as Circuits, Resistance training, Cardio Blasts, Ab Classes, endurance based classes, speed and agility, tone and sculpt, plyometric and lots more, with over 50 unique workouts created by Fitness Warrior you need only to walk through the door.
