I studied reflexology at The Three Shires School of Reflexology in Milton Keynes and qualified as a reflexologist Level 3. I am also a member of the Professional Reflexology. I have also qualified in Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candle, Hot Stone Massage and Life Coaching. I have spent most of my career working in Customer Services, my main aim is I love helping people. As a Reflexologist I believe Complementary Therapy is the way forward in such a turmoil world, most people are stressed one way or another. All of these treatments are very relaxing and beneficial both mentally and physically. I work from my salon at home in Flitwick and also from the Bedford Intergrative Health Centre, 66-68 St Loyes Street, Bedford, MK40 1EZ.
