Sarah Soaps
Sarah Soaps was born in the kitchen of our home, in 2012. This is still where everything that we sell is created. It is a true cottage industry. We sell at local markets and here on the website. And of course to family and friends, which is how it all started.
We make soap using traditional methods, using lye and natural plant oils that react together and create lovely soap. Traditional cold process soap is different to that of commercial supermarket soap because we haven't harvested out the glycerine, the product made as a result of the reaction between the lye and the oils. So our soap is kind and gentle to your skin. We also add luxury ingredients to our soaps including natural clays, goatsmilk, beer, herbal infusions, Colloidal oatmeal, honey and wild silk. All these ingredients add to the experience of hand made soap, and once you've tried it you wont look back.
It's not just soap we make, though it is the foundation of the business, we also make a range of other bath and body treats, including hand creams, lip balms, bath bombs, bath melts and bath milks. All using quality and luxury ingredients. No fillers here. No SLS's and No Parabens. Just simple quality, and only the best.
We are constantly in contact with our local Trading Standards Office, to make sure we meet all the correct legal requirements. Each product has been Safety Assessed by a qualified Cosmetic Chemist to make sure of its suitability, and test that it is safe for use. We also subject our family and friends to routine testing for any new product. If it doesn't make the grade it doesn't go on sale.
We use only the best ingredients for our products, and would never use anything that we wouldn't use on ourselves. Which is why we have such confidence that you will enjoy our products.
We are constantly developing recipes, to make new products to add to the increasing range. If there is something you see that you like, but require a different fragrance, or some small tweak, perhaps gift wrapping, or some form of personalization, please contact us. We are happy to try to cater for all needs and requirements.

Samples will only be sent out with orders placed and not on demand. We are a small business and can not afford to send a sample to everyone who requests one with out placing an order first.
