LA fitness (Formby)
LA fitness Formby is a vibrant and bustling club with passionate and dedicated staff. We have a welcoming reception area with views of our fantastic pool, sauna and steam room.
The club has extensive Free Weights and Resistance equipment along with a fantastic Cardio area, including Crosstrainers, Treadmills, Bikes and Rowing Machines. We have three mirrored studios that accommodate our wide range of classes from Spin to Body Pump. Our third matted studio allows members to exercise in a more relaxed environment. As well as our fantastic gym, members can pamper themselves with our hair salon, beauty salon and Physiotherapist.
