Whether you are a professional, student or local housing allowance (LHA) tenant we have a wide selection of properties available. All our properties are good quality rented accommodation the majority of which are accredited by Liverpool City Council, Wirral Borough Council, Knowsley Council and St. Helens Council and all our student properties are accredited with Liverpool Student Homes (LSH) and the Universities.
We meet a set of service standards and follow a strict code of conduct in the rental market.
We are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Lettings which sets out the framework within which we must operate and the standards of service we must provide for both landlords and tenants.
LANDLORDS
We offer a comprehensive range of services to landlords to suit each individual’s requirements from ‘let only’ and ‘vacant property management’ through to ‘full management’.
We specialise in portfolio management, the management of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Local Housing Allowance (LHA) tenanted units where landlords can maximise returns.
In addition we offer a Project Management Service for landlords wishing to renovate or refurbish properties.

Our buy-to-let advisory and acquisition service can assist you with the development of your portfolio and establish a strategy for growth for any aspect of the residential property market such as HMO or LHA housing.

We specialise in the sourcing, acquisition and management of HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation) and LHA (Local Housing Allowance) tenanted properties which can provide investors with substantial net cash flows. Such properties are feared of by investors as they can be a minefield in terms of legislation and regulation however if such properties are set up and managed correctly these properties can offer considerable returns.
