Senario: You've been invited out and really want to go.... but it's still a week till payday and funds are low. You can afford to go out but not to pay for a babysitter aswell.... would you be willing to return the favour instead of paying ? This way you would never be leaving your child(ren) with anyone you didn't know, the babysitter would be a parent themselves so experienced with children, and if we all got together socially at least once a month (with the children) no-one would ever be a stranger to each other.
