Ecstatic Dance Lewes

Ecstatic Dance Lewes

YMCA, Westgate Street, Lewes ,
ECSTATIC DANCE is a freeform conscious dance where movement expands, spirit activates, boundaries melt, creativity breaks open, beauty flows, harmony resonates, melody and rhythms weave us together as individuals within a greater family. A movement journey into an altered state of consciousness - a place beyond thought, where inhibitions melt away, and where we connect intimately with ourselves, and each other. Powerful music from a wide spectrum of genres will guide us gently into movement, building the energy until we find ourselves going beyond perceived physical and mental limits. Here, anything is possible. Then, as the journey ends, we are brought back down to Earth with an exquisite sense of peace and stillness.
