Our friendly qualified staff will design a personal exercise programme for you. So weather you are a first timer in the gym or an experienced exerciser then we can make sure you get the best out of the gym. We also run a comprehensive exercise class programme that is accessible to both member and non-members.
The Centurion's spa facilities have been specifically created to provide you with a relaxing haven to help you leave the stresses of the world behind. This ultra modern facilities include a large hydrotherapy spa pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area.
- Our indoor heated family swimming pool is ideal for both adults and children. Available to all fitness members all of the time, the addition of free swimming is a great bonus for our members.
