I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with extra qualifications including a 2 year HNC & HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise, Spin, Gym Based Boxing, Sports Nutrition, Circuits, Exercise to Music, Pool Lifeguard & First Aid.
As well as these qualifications i have over 25 years experience in martial arts training and 15 years coaching and teaching martial arts. This experience allows me to bring martial arts training into workouts, making it an enjoyable change to the normal gym sessions.
I have experience creating and applying workouts in a gym and home environment depending on what suits the particular client.
