Behind the name is Katie Challinor who has been in the business for 20 years. She recently took a step back and allowed her Daughter-in-Law to lead the business. Helen Williams (Director/Lettings Manager) has since ensured the business has become ARLA licenced. She also retains Kate's strong belief in a quality portfolio. Katie Homes specialises in the Park Estate which has an extremely unique calibre of property.
