Beginner Courses
Beginner's pole lessons start with the very basics of pole dancing; focusing on simple spins, dance moves, climbs, sitting poses and finally progressing to a basic invert. Courses are designed to ensure that students develop their pole dancing skills on both a static and a spinning pole and are tailored to ensure that strength, flexibility and confidence is developed week on week. It is recommended that you enroll onto a number of beginner courses to help build strength and confidence before moving up to an intermediate level. (Everyone learns and develops at different speeds, you should only move up a level, when you and your teacher decide that you are ready)
Intermediate Courses
Having perfected a basic invert and a variety of simple spins; intermediate classes focus on developing the spins into more complex combinations and focusing more on inverted moves and positions, progressing to transitions and combinations up the pole.
Advanced Courses
Having mastered intermediate inversions, transitions and combinations, advanced classes focus on learning advanced spins, underarm holds, more daring and complex combinations, faster transitions, drops and moves that require a greater level of flexibility, upper body and core strength.
