We are situated above The Fitness Bank on Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, opposite the Civic Theatre. There is plenty of parking on all the surrounding side streets. The Fitness Bank is a mixed gym on two floors and has been established for over 15 years. It is a quirky building as it used to be The Nat West Bank. Girls On Top is on the first floor and rather than a large, faceless warehouse style gym, it is several themed rooms which creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The equipment is all designed for women, it is lightweight and instead of using traditional weights it is all air powered. You increase or decrease the level of effort by simply pushing a button. This makes it really quiet and smooth to use and the resistance can be altered by as little as 1kg which makes it much easier to progress your workouts. Oh and it's pink too! Girls On Top was opened in January 2011.
