The Shellfisherman is a small business with a simple philosophy. 'I have been a fisherman making a livelihood from the sea since I was a boy, following in the tradition of my Cornish fishing family. I want to offer you the opportunity to buy Cornish lobster and crab straight from the fisherman who harvests them, so that you can enjoy this fantastic local seafood at its best.'
