At our inital meeting we would spend around 45 minutes to an hour getting to know you and your circumstances. We do not charge any fees for this initial consultation appointment. We will then use the information discussed in this meeting to design a bespoke solution to your needs.

Gary Oxborough trading as Barlow Irvin Financial Services is an appointed representative of Intrinsic Mortgage Planning Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
For arranging a mortgage we charge £99 payable on application and £400 payable on completion of the mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
We do not charge any fees for protection.
