Sophie Louise is ITEC qualified and an active member of the Federation for Holistic Therapists, Offering professional and affordable complementary Health Therapies personalised for you. This is done by using a blend of essential oils personally designed for you. Aromatherapy can be beneficial for many conditions but here are a few: o anxiety o depression o stress o insomnia o pain relief o headaches o digestive problems o menstrual or menopausal problems ~ Holistic Massage: Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax and tone the body. Massage also stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system (which runs parallel to the circulatory system), improving the elimination of waste throughout the body. There’s a treatment for everyone all you need to do is just ask which one is best for you! Whether you’re after escaping reality for an hour or two or looking for a solution to that niggling ache…
