When I had my son 5 years ago I decided that there had to be more to cooking than just winging it. I spent time reading and militantly following recipes to nurture my family. Over the last year I have become particularly passionate about baking. There are few things more enjoyable than hearing some "oh my god"s and "oooooh"s about something you have created. My most honest critic has to be my son who has no qualms in telling me if I have ventured too far from the realms of awesomeness.
