NTA Ltd
NTA (Nationwide Telephone Assistance) Ltd is a privately owned UK Telecoms Carrier, utilising the BT IP Exchange service to route calls via its own VoIP service. NTA also provides fixed telephone numbers allocated by OFCOM, covering 98% of the UK's STD codes. NTA also has its own mobile number range (077001) as well as its own charge band (FM14).
As a BT Openreach Communications Provider NTA LTD can process the provisioning of analogue lines, ISDN2 and ISDN30 circuits from point of order through to installation and connection to the BT Openreach network.
NTA was formed in 2001 and its VoIP network was one of the UK's first Voice over IP networks. NTA services customers from very large corporates who require hundreds of numbers and handsets across disparate locations to SME organisations that need a cost effective, flexible phone solution.
