The Savoy Country Inn is situated in an isolated position on the A477 Tenby Road, near St Clears. This is the last pub/food house en route to Pembroke Dock/ferry port and is a gateway into the breathtaking scenery of West Wales. With easy access to Tenby, Fishguard and Milford Haven, we are ideally situated for nearby attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton Theme Park with quad biking, lakeside park and beaches such as Pendine, Amroth and Saundersfoot. The pub is extremely pretty, set in a dip surrounded by trees. The garden is the style of a cottage garden, with lots of hanging baskets. There is an external seating area. Inside you will not be disappointed as the image is that of a country inn, full of character with low ceilings and a mixture of booths and traditional pub seating. We serve delicious, locally sourced food with our offer of 241 on all our main meals all day everyday. There is a separate games room with pool table. Families are well catered for and there is a small indoor amusement arcade for the children. We are geared towards customers needs and will accommodate where we can and have had much success with family occasions. Comfortable accommodation is also available and we are the ideal base to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside!

The White Lion is a "warm and comfortable" family run pub. Keith and Ann Major have owned and run the pub since August 1990. The pub is "full of olde worlde charm with a real fire and beamed ceilings. It has a spacious restaurant offering a good range of excellent food. The bar offers a wide range of alcoholic drinks, including cask beers that rotate on a regular basis and non-alcoholic” (The Good Beer Guide, 2008) The pub plays host to both darts and pool teams, however on non match nights the dart boards and pool table are available for all patrons to use. A range of events are organised throughout the year including charity events and quizzes. On street parking is freely available. A bit of history The White Lion, was built in the early 1800's and was previously a farm and coaching inn. Around 1842 there was also a toll gate situated here and it is believed that it was burned during an uprising now known as the Rebecca Riots.
