The location is inspirational, and the surrounding landscape of fields, old quarry workings and cliffs above the English Channel is a designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The area is also part of the Jurassic coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We have a small, friendly tearoom serving a variety of teas, coffee, homemade Dorset apple cake, and local Purbeck ice cream. Where you can sit back and relax in the peace and quiet whilst enjoying the stunning views of the jurrassic coast. Also at Burngate we have gallery space exibiting a variety of arts, craft and sculpture from a range local artists and sculptors.
