Total Athletic Fitness
Welcome to Total athletic fitness, strength and conditioning. I offer personal training, team training and youth training. We have all seen our heroes from Team GB recently and you can see what great shape they are in. My training utilises training methods employed by competitive athletes. Whether you play sport or just want to get fitter and stronger, my training can be geared for all levels of fitness.
As well as concentrating on bodyweight exercises, I use equipment like tyres, sandbags, ropes, medicine balls, wheelbarrows, kettlebells, and sledgehammers to create fun, demanding circuits designed to make you faster, stronger, more powerful, and help prevent injury. I can also teach you Olympic and power lifting techniques to give you that explosive strength and power. You will develop muscle, tone up, become more flexible and learn new skills to help you in your every day life or chosen sport, whether it is rugby, judo, football, cricket, swimming, tennis, surfing or athletics, to name but a few.
I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and am currently a serving police officer and former Royal Marine Commando. I am a qualified CrossFit, and CrossFit Kids instructor (see crossfit.com), a police physical training instructor, an Amateur Boxing Association of England assistant coach, and a level 2 gym instructor. I am fully insured and have CRB clearance.
