‘Junior-Jitsu’ is a martial arts class designed for children aged 5-10. It is based around ju-jitsu but is designed to be a good introduction to any martial art and is firmly focused on fun! Children will learn: Very basic jujitsu techniques as well as, Improvement of balance, posture and co-ordination. Increased self confidence. Enhanced muscle and bone development. More body awareness and understanding of the benefits of exercise.
