Daisy Baby™ - Just like our antenatal classes, Daisy Baby® really turns tradition on its head. Gone are the familiar infant massage or baby yoga routines, as we embrace an amazing class plan devised over 7 years of research, which really understands a baby's needs and what works in those early weeks.
Learn how to use holds, baby massage, baby reflexology and baby yoga to soothe and stimulate baby
Learn massage and yoga based techniques to help with colic, flat head, reflux and other common ailments
Understand the calming button (every baby has one) and how to swtich it on with a sSSSSSSSSHHHHH
For mums - we use movement sequences to help you feel great postnatally and reclaim your tummy after nine months of carrying your baby.

Pregnancy Massage
Massage during pregnancy feels fantastic! Enjoy a deeply relaxing and nurturing massage that is good for mum-to-be and baby too. It can help to ease an aching back, stiff shoulders and sore hips. Massage can also help to lift your mood and get those feel-good, pain-relieving endorphins flowing.
Postnatal Massage
After childbirth, massage may help to provide relief from aches and pains, especially those commonly experienced in the back, neck and shoulders. Massage can promote relaxation, encourage restorative sleep and help the mother to regain a sense of well-being.
Maternity Reflexology
Maternity Reflexology is aimed specifically at women during pre-conception, pregnancy, labour and the post-natal period. During your pregnancy, the body goes through significant emotional, hormonal and physiological changes. This incredibly relaxing treatment aims to alleviate or prevent discomfort arising from any imbalances and help to restore the body’s equilibrium.
From 38 weeks, you can book a reflexology treatment which aims to stimulate key reflex points, and help mum-to-be relax so that she is in the best state for spontaneous labour to commence. Many mums-to-be are anxious about the birth ahead and anxiety can potentially prevent the start of labour. This treatment includes a visualisation/meditation to help prepare mum-to-be for the birth journey ahead.
