Croydon Athletic Ladies FC came about when a local women's team folded unexpectedly in 2009. Members weren't prepared to hang up their boots just yet. Pulling together we managed to keep the team going as Surrey Ladies for season 2009-10. It was at this point we affiliated with Croydon Athletic FC and 2010-11 was our best season. Training is weekly on Wednesdays and we play at 2pm on Sundays.
