Mixed activities – Mondays & Thursdays 7pm
These sessions are aimed for people who:
• Are complete beginners
• Wish to return to fitness
• Want to build confidence
• Believe they are too old or over weight
• New Mums
Mixed activities range from Abs, Circuits, Pad Work through to body toning, stretching and cardio drills.
You will build fitness & confidence and soon want to join the Specialist sessions!
Specialist activities– Mondays & Thursdays 8pm Saturdays 10am
These sessions cater for the person who:
• Wishes to advance their level of fitness
• Wants to specialise in cardio or body toning
• Needs versatility in their training
• Likes targets to set themselves high standards
Specialist Sessions includes Abs, Pad Work, Interval Training, Circuit Training etc
