Hi my name is Helen and I own, run and produce a cake shop specialising in homemade cakes and cupcakes and celebration cakes. My staff and myself sell a huge range of homemade, traditional, delicious slices; fudge,coffee,lemon,carrot,bakewell,toffee apple bakewell, banana & caramel, rocky road, mars slice and huge meringues as well as Parisian Macarroons We also sell Sugar free fruit cake and range of gluten free. I have a BTEC HND in hotel, catering and institutional management achieved in 1986 from Dorset Institute of Higher Education. I spent 4 years in commercial industry and another 12 in business with my parents running ( old) Rocket House Cafe in Cromer before branching out in 2005 into my cake business. I am a registered business.
