Our business is about promoting and selling our camping and glamping holidays on our campsites in Overstrand, Norfolk and The Three Horseshoes, Lincolnshire as well as promoting other campsites and glamping holidays through the internet.

For nearly 100 years films have been shown on this site. The Cromer Theatre of Varieties (built in 1914) showed short silent films between variety acts. The theatre was enlarged, modernised and a balcony added in 1936. Despite several name changes it remains the oldest cinema operating in the county. In December 2007 Merlin left the Southwest and headed East to Norfolk where we acquired the Regal Movieplex. It is a very popular 4 screen cinema with holiday makers and locals alike.

People come to see me for many different reasons, it could be that they are feeling lost or that their life is out of control. If could be that they are in a dilemma and feel pulled in many different directions; just can't think straight, or are blighted by feelings of stress, anxiety or depression. Whilst this is mainly achieved through talking, at times if you feel it beneficial, we can use different media such as art or objects such as stones or photographs to explore parts of your self and your feelings. Many clients have reported finding this particularly useful if they find talking about feelings difficult at first,or if they are not quite sure where to start.. Experience 2010 - present As a voluntary counsellor I have had two years of experience with clients working within one to one counselling, applying counselling and psychotherapeutic techniques dealing with issues such as loss and change, bereavement, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship problems, self harm, and existential issues. Education I have a Dip. HE. in Integrative Counselling from Matrix College of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a CERT. H.E. in Person Centred Counselling skills from the UEA Norwich in 2010. Prior to this I completed two foundation courses with 'Who are you now' in 2009. I am currently accruing hours towards my BSc. in Integrative Counselling of which I have attended all BSc training modules for in 2011/12. I have also attended the following professional development courses. Child Protection Training 2011 Nurtured Heart Technique workshop 2012 Motivational Interviewing workshop 2012 As I am attending ongoing PD courses I have membership of the BACP and abide by their ethical practice, as part of this I attend a Professional Supervision meeting monthly. I have a BTEC HND in hotel, catering and institutional management achieved in 1986 from Dorset Institute of Higher Education. I spent 4 years in commercial industry and another 12 in business with my parents running ( old) Rocket House Cafe in Cromer before branching out in 2005 into my cake business.
