Working out with your bubba in a buggy, it doesn’t matter whether your little bundle of joy is 6 weeks old or much older. Our 60 minute sessions are designed around you and allows you a bit of time dedicated to you to work on your fitness levels without the issue of childcare.
The class is run by pre and post natal qualified personal trainers and is safe and effective for all. Our aim is to help to motivate and support you through your post-natal journey.
All fitness levels are welcome and the sessions are structured in a way that allows every participant to work within their own capabilities whether you are a new mum working out for the first time (in a long time!) or a condition mum in tip top shape.
