Our 60 minute sessions are designed around you and allows you a bit of time dedicated to you to work on your fitness levels without the issue of childcare. The class is run by pre and post natal qualified personal trainers and is safe and effective for all. Our aim is to help to motivate and support you through your post-natal journey.
