Hello to you and thank-you for taking a look around my site.
I’m Kev, owner and general dogsbody at Burton Agencies. I have a huge passion for everything bikes from when I first watched the Tour de France (like most of us cyclist I guess) in the early 1980′s and saw Bernard Hinault win back to back titles in ’81 and ’82. Back then I thought how hard could that be? And now I know.
Since those early days I’ve ridden (Road, X country & Downhill), raced (poorly), and talked bikes and cycling. I still ride regularly and love the fact that you can go out in all weathers and enjoy the world whereever you are with like-minded people, plus it keeps me fit.
Working in the Cycle trade for many years I’ve seen how cycling has evolved and what different cyclists want from their level of cycling – whether its a commute to work, leisure or fitness or racing. My understanding of cycling and cyclists has led me to set up Burton Agencies to market a range of exclusive and quality brands that I know will appeal to every level of cycling (and there’s more to come..)
